Invest 40 million yuan to transform the original two wet-process rotary kilns into one wet-grinding and dry-burning rotary kiln. The technical transformation was successful, but due to the operation of the million-ton dry-process rotary kiln in the industry, cement companies under the scale were completely wiped out, and Li Qiang felt the ruthlessness of the market.
In cooperation with technical experts from Tsinghua University, Jiangsu Polyao Chemical Co., Ltd., with an annual output of 10,000 tons of "trimethylolpropane" products, was established with its own patent and the only "calcium process" in the domestic industry. And successfully introduced the world's top 500 companies, Germany's LANXESS. In the same year, the high-tech enterprise Jiangsu Qianglin Bioenergy Co., Ltd. was introduced.
